OUR METHODS

To bring our 12 main goals in action, we adhere to these seven core methods that guide all the decisions we plan to make.

CENTERING MARGINALIZED VOICES

To all experts that share their lived experiences, including our trans people of color, disabled LGBTQIA+ folks, migrants, and youth, you will be included in our leadership.

DECENTRALIZED STRUCTURE

We will operate as a network comprised of regional hubs: they will hold power to make decisions that fit their specific communities needs.

TRANSPARENT GOVERNANCE

We will publish our financial reports, hold open board meetings, and we will maintain clear accountability channels for all.

INTERSECTIONAL COMMITMENT

All the programs we plan to launch will get assessed through an intersectional POV (i.e. race, class, disability, migration status, and gender identity).

SUSTAINABLE FUNDING

We will diversify our revenue through grants, donors, (ethical) corporate partnerships, and membership tiers to ensure our long-term stability.

SAFETY-BASED OPERATIONS

We will conduct rigorous risk assessments, enforce safety protocols, minimize the data collection, and use encrypted infrastructure for all of our operations.

MEASURABLE IMPACT

Through annual reports, evaluations, and surveys, we will adapt our programs based on real data.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
